Over 6 months I will work with you in depth to overcome any specific challenges in your life and create a clear path for long term results. This program allows for you to settle into your new habits and really strengthen this life change in a way that will work for your lifestyle. 

You’ll learn how to think and act differently around food to create long term success. And how to change the causes of your overeating like stress and over-hunger.
